It is my goal to give my clients service that is above and beyond the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">I have been managing rental properties since 2002 here in Florida and for over 18 years in Europe.\u00a0 My approach to private management has grown from my own experience.\u00a0 I have experienced: being an\u00a0OWNER\u00a0of rental property that was managed by a large agency and know the dissatisfaction, I have been a\u00a0RENTER\u00a0of beach property and know how I would have liked to have been treated; and then I became a\u00a0MANAGER\u00a0of my own beach rental property.\u00a0 Having been at all 3 aspects of beach rental, I believe I have an advantageous perspective on how beach rentals should be managed from all aspects.\u00a0 I treat each property on my roster, as if it were my own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">I advertise my rental properties on the internet and with my team, take care of everything for my customers and clients.\u00a0 All of my rental properties are: located on prime beach property, of a high standard, kept in optimal condition, decorated beautifully\u00a0and cared for with personal service and care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Should you wish to have me manage a property on\u00a0your behalf? \u00a0I have my own team for; cleaning, repairs, electricians, plumbers, minor construction, renovations, as well as interior designers\u00a0for any budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Client, I want to thank you for your interest in &#8220;Beach Condos By Melody&#8221; Management Division.
