This condo was exactly as Melody Ann described and yet it exceeded expectations. The kitchen was impressively equipped with everything guests could possibly need. Towels were plentiful and beach chairs provided were comfy & sturdy. A small library & assortment of games were on hand in case of a rainy day. Everything was clean, lovely, comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. I’m keeping Melody’s contact info & will be sure to look for her properties next time we get back to our favorite beach. 5 STARS!

5 stars! Great space with a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach! Condo had everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella. It was perfect for what we needed! Directions were detailed and accurate.

Excellent communication and instructions before arriving along with quick responses during our stay! We had a wonderful week-long family vacation here and I would come back in a heartbeat!

The condo was as described, directly on the beach. You could hear the waves from the balcony and we had the best view of the spectacular sunsets every night!
Melody went above and beyond to address the few minor concerns we had during our month’s stay. 5 stars!!

5 STARS!!! Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded.
The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us
to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had
luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up.
There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need.
There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside.
We washed clothes several times during the week.
Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

5 stars! We loved it. Would book again. Wish I’d known about the closet full of beach items so I could have left mine home. We arrived early and after communicating with her we were able to check in earlier than normal. The kitchen is amazing with every gadget right at your fingertips. State of the art appliances. The view, especially at sunset, is worth the price. My only negative comment is having to carry keys everywhere. Wish the gates had key punch codes instead. Other than that little inconvenience, it's the best place ever. The beach is beautiful here and not overcrowded. Found some very pretty seashells and sand dollars.

This place was perfect! From the moment we stepped into the unit we felt right at home! Our stay included 6 of us and the three bedrooms worked out great. Each room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. 2.5 bathrooms was nice to have as each bedroom had a dedicated space! The kitchen and dining room felt new and gave us an amazing space to gather for food, drinks and card games each night. They say the kitchen table is where memories are made, well this space provided us with great laughs and moments we will not forget! The view of the ocean was simply AMAZING and the sound of crashing waves is pure relaxation! Each morning we sat on the deck and took it all in while enjoying a coffee! The area surrounding the unit is packed with options for food! We went all around but our favorite dinner was Conch Republic! We also made a trip to Rockstar Donuts and of course Crumbl Cookies. Publix is 7mins away which made grabbing food and snacks easy too. Can’t say enough…it’s GREAT!

The property was all we had hoped it would be. We had a delightful Spring break. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, and a fantastic beach. The pool looked nice as well, but we took advantage of the beach. Melody and Giorgio were fantastic hosts that went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased. Highly recommend!

This place was a delight. The beach greeted us immediately upon walking into the condo.
The view and sunsets are ridiculously amazing.
The condo is large and pristine. The property manager, Melody, was spot on
and was instantly responsive with our questions.
We'll be back for sure!
