Had an AMAZING time here! The place was spotless and in a great location. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Would 100% recommend and would love to stay here again.

My husband and I had such a relaxing week in this beautiful condo. Everything worked well, we could have cooked any meal as the equipment was abundant but chose to eat at local restaurants during our stay. We had beach chairs but ended up renting the ones set up a couple days. Even with the increase of algae the water was crystal clear, sugar sand, great temperature. The AC works wonderful which was a huge plus. This area is more laid back, we drove through Clearwater which was shoulder to shoulder on sidewalks, but this area was perfect for us! Easy Check-in, Great Location, trolly stops right in front of this resort(both directions). Beach is awesome for long walks, Pool area has plenty of Lounge chairs. This Unit is Clean, and fairly roomy for a 1 bedroom, We feel if a couple had 2 children they would still be comfortable. The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The View is awesome from the deck, sunset city. We Would Rent Again.

We loved our time in this condo! It had everything that we needed for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The view was beautiful! Melody did a great job with giving us excellent instructions and had a binder of useful information. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and towels. Having an in unit washer/dryer was amazing. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Everyone that we met was kind and helpful. Parking was close to the elevator. We can’t wait to come back!  We were very happy with our stay. I would not think twice about staying in any of Melody’s units.

My wife and I had a great stay! Melody was very responsive to our needs, her communication was clear and everything was as advertised. We highly recommend!

Melody was very informative and gave tons of information in the condo, directions and things nearby to do and eat. Condo was A+. Melody is A++ on checking on us during travel for arrival and along our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Very informative and information was extremely detailed making for a smooth check in and stay. Highly recommend this condo and any other that Melody may have.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly what was described and Melody was a pleasure to work with. She worked with us and was able to get us checked in a little early, since we had an early flight in. The view overlooking the pool deck and ocean was fantastic!! Doug done an amazing job keeping the pool, hot tub, and grills clean!! The beach was only steps away and the sunsets were amazing! Overall we were very pleased with everything, and will definitely be using Melody again, when we return to the area!! Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful!

This condo is a wonderful and spacious rental! It was clean, set up to cook gourmet meals in or conveniently located nearby local places to eat out. The beach and view are simply amazing. The grounds for the condo are extremely well kept, has a convenient parking assigned spot, clean and warm pool area. There is an elevator to get you up to the 5th floor suite. The large master bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. Melody was great to communicate with and an excellent hostess. I highly recommend her rental.
