I want to thank you for your interest in “Beach Condos By Melody” Management Division. It is my goal to give my clients service that is above and beyond the competition.

I have been managing rental properties since 2002 here in Florida and for over 18 years in Europe.  My approach to private management has grown from my own experience.  I have experienced: being an OWNER of rental property that was managed by a large agency and know the dissatisfaction, I have been a RENTER of beach property and know how I would have liked to have been treated; and then I became a MANAGER of my own beach rental property.  Having been at all 3 aspects of beach rental, I believe I have an advantageous perspective on how beach rentals should be managed from all aspects.  I treat each property on my roster, as if it were my own.

I advertise my rental properties on the internet and with my team, take care of everything for my customers and clients.  All of my rental properties are: located on prime beach property, of a high standard, kept in optimal condition, decorated beautifully and cared for with personal service and care.

Should you wish to have me manage a property on your behalf?  I have my own team for; cleaning, repairs, electricians, plumbers, minor construction, renovations, as well as interior designers for any budget.
