My best friend and I stayed at this condo for a week in September. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Melody was great to work with. Communication was top notch with quick responses. Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk right out to the pool. The condo was exactly as pictured. I was happy to see hand soap provided in the bathrooms, as well as trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. The beach chairs were great to have handy as well since we flew in. Would stay here again!

Melody has a fantastic condo and is excellent to work with! Communication was perfect, check in was a breeze and the condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, patio area with grills and beautiful white sand beach were all incredible! We hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this great place!

I literally cannot wait to go back. I over packed. Everything you need is there. If you plan on eating in, you have pretty much everything you need. The condo is exactly how is described. It was clean, which I was so nervous about. And if you're a cleaner like myself they have broom, mop, vacuum available to use. I plan on booking our next stay very soon 🥰

We rented this condo in November 2022. We loved the perfect location as it was close to the pool with views of the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. Melody was amazing to deal with. We cannot wait to go back.

Place is exactly as Melody describes it. Having a 1st floor patio to the pool is great, especially with elderly or small children. The pool area is literally your whole balcony. Overall the condo is fully stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, utensils. Now you may have to pickup a couple items, like coffee, paper plates or extra garbage bags as we did, but other items like seasonings and laundry detergent were there. None of which is guaranteed in the listing. 2 major bonuses that are available for use are grocery carts and luggage dollies stored in the carport by elevators. 2nd is having entry pads to get access throughout the complex but also actual keys because we always forget codes at the worst time! Melody also has a nice book with restaurants, attractions, rules and other things for people not familiar with the area.

My family and I so enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo. It has a great location to the beach and pool. The local amenities are close by with so much to do. The condo itself is very comfortable and large enough to accommodate my family. The location of the condo it the best in the building due to its first-floor location with direct access to the pool and beach. One of the most enjoyable things is the quietness of the area not a lot of traffic.

This place is amazing. Being on the first floor was great being able to walk right out the balcony to the pool (especially being with a little one). Great location. Beach wasn’t too busy and many good food places were close by. We had a great time. Perfect location.

Location is perfect. Kitchen had everything weneeded, and we really appreciated the detergent/trash bags/soap etc.
Check in was super easy, she even met us since I had accidentally gone to the wrong building.
The unit was ready early which was amazing since our flight got in super early.
